Sunday Funday Fitness Crawl

We're excited to announce our first ever Fitness Crawl in 2019! The first 75 people to register will receive a swag bag at the event. This fitness event will be guided by four local area fitness facilities:

D1 Training Stevens Point

Fiternal Crossfit

ForeverFit

Stevens Point YMCA

Each gym will lead us in a rotating group workout in Iverson Park. We'll start with a group dynamic warm up, then break into groups to do short workouts at different stations. Each station will be led by a coach or trainer from one of the above gyms and will provide a unique workout experience with a short brisk walk in between sessions. Finally, we'll finish with a group yoga cool-down. Experience some of the best fitness our community has to offer! All fitness levels are welcomed.

After the workout we'll provide some light snacks to all participants.
